NY city dude
Living in Ithaca, we have an unusally large number of phreaks and punks, probably if you also count the dead heads, rastafarians and just plain hippies, more proportionally than anywhere else.
NY city, however, has phreaks of every description everywhere, although you are more surprised by how average looking most people are in NY, but not this guy....
