I am listening to the radio yesterday and there's Cat Power's version of Dylan's tune (see below) and it is SO GOOD, everybody would like it, that I begin thinking about how terrible most of Dylan's music sounds when Dylan does them. Compared to when OTHER people do Dylan's tunes. And Cat Power here, is, um, a WHOLE LOT cuter than Bob. Then I was thinking Jimi Hendrix and...

BTW: I LOVE the Dave Matthews Band version of All Along the Watchtower...one of my favorite DMB songs ever.
Great Santa mugs, I happen to like Dylan's singing and songwriting something about him singing his own words, but I grew up in that age. te he. and blues they are the best.
I feel the same way about Elvis. Elvis songs are great when done by other people.

I used to hate Dylan's voice, until I learned to sing along, and love his music, singing and all! Of course, like Linda, I too grew up in that era! (but, I'm still 36). LOL
BTW: Those music videos were great too!
Love Dylan's songs---hate his voice. Feel the same way about Leonard Cohen.
