YES, some of us still blog! And as you know, I post almost every morning.
It started with an anonymous myspace thing in August 2006, where I wrote all sorts of ideas….but a little later that August started a blog…the link is below somewhere (I never look back). I used up the memory in that and started the second, used up the memory in THAT and then got this one going, having figured out how to fake out the memory, mostly….and for years have posted a little on Facebook and then more here.
Back then I knew a lot of bloggers from all over and have met so many of you. The original idea was post what I am doing, my dreams, then music videos. In the early days there was a lot of music.
It has been an awesome ride :) Thanks for coming along!
New wall piece by me, fresh from the kiln….

Absolutely love that you blog every day!
Facebook is fine, but a blog gives insight into what is happening and why!
That said I have been very lax this summer!
Dancing elephants <3 YES! Or are they heffelumps?
I am glad that some of us have kept up with blogging. FB is fun but it is so fleeting.
I think blogger has changed their space limits or they way they store photos. A couple of years ago I was getting warnings that I was running out space and having to resize all my photos...the suddenly it all stopped. I even had another blog named and ready to go when the dreaded end came.
You my friend are an excellent blogger.....I wish I could do it everyday! I'm a lazy blogger now...I used to be so much better. Congrats on keeping up. Love the cute elephants!
Congrats on ten years. Your blog is my 'go to'. Love the updates on everything and I've discovered you meet the coolest people in the blogosphere.
I started on MySpace too, moved to Blogger in 11/06 so I count that as my blogiversary. And I met Gary in real life a few years ago! How cool is that!!! Here's to all of us who still blog!
Your blog gave me the courage to focus on pottery and not stress so much about paid work. Thanks for that. Pottery has definately made a come back, I dont know why but i will go with the flow for now. FB is like the supermarket of social media....the cheapest store but popular with the public. There is no accounting for taste!
Happy Blogiversary!
I'm so glad we got to meet you all those years ago. :)
Facebook is nice and mindless after a long day of work or while on pain meds, but when I'm away from blogging for too long, I feel like I've been on a diet of junk food instead of health food. Thanks for being (at least partially, right? ) "health food" for the past 10 years!
Happy blogging anniversary!
I've been reading your (almost) daily musings for a while and love seeing the pottery, sketches and pet pics you post. I have family in Syracuse and drive past you on the way to see them regularly, I always want to stop and say hello but then I remember I'm a stranger from the internet - must align one of my trips with one of your shows/fairs.
