pitchers and pasta....

I was gonna make a favorite zucchini recipe yesterday but stopped myself wondering "I bet there is a way to make zucchini as a PESTO sauce" and of COURSE there is!  Thanks to Rache! Ray (click here) ....I don't have a TV, is this person famous????? ;0
Anyway, it is simple and brilliant...I used basil rather mint etc and you grind up zucchini and stuff to make a sauce, and then mixed in tomato and topped with olives...zucchini even cats desire....
in other news, I told you every time I sit at the wheel I am making a few wee pitchers, nice display, hmm?  Wait till you see next week what ELSE I do with the soda crates...have a great TUESDAY!

It makes me wonder, which came first, the pitchers or the crate? Great display of great little jugs!

They are cute and I love the display. Those crates are so hard to find around here.
