MOLE: not just blind rodents! Chapter one....

Part 2 tomorrow, but let me tell you:  what a surprise!  You can get MOLE SAUCE at the store...and it is cheap!  It seems like this exotic item at the Mexican restaurant...but then, just like avocados, there it is, no mystery or secret about it...
Yesterday I made a version of these tofu, sweet potato mole burritos and HOLY CATS I am glad I did...the dog and cat helped but didn't get to have any...

In other news, I told you yesterday I was making the NEXT version of robots and rockets...amazing how beagles are ALWAYS POPPING UP IN MY DAY isn't it????

Finally, i was fiddling with a new green glaze and OH I love it so, isn't it nice with the blue?  Have an awesome weekend!

Never had mole...except the kind in the yard! Is it hot? Love beagle going to the moon!

I'm loving the green and blue glaze! I've not tried mole sauce...it just makes me think of the rodents. :)

OOOOHHHHHH! Penny's an astrodog!
You do have way with greens.
Moles have chocolate so I'll stick with the little garden invaders!

I have seen that mole sauce in the store, is it good? I just might have to buy a jar.
Enjoy your weekend as well!

I think this mole sauce is excellent. BR--mole is a chocolate -chipotle pepper sauce, spicy but not very :) FLAVORFUL!

yes, mole is great, yet when I saw the blog title I thought of moles- the animals that like my yard and I'm trying to get rid of-- ugh! yes, great green glaze.

Great green glaze, breaks nicely over your texture. I like it.
