The wife and I met in Chicago, where, as you know, pizza is deep dish with a cornmeal crust, a feast! Gluten-free, too, this polenta pizza is from a recipe in my favorite cookbook GLUTEN-FREE on a shoestring... beauty!.
Spike only think he likes it..... I guess this is what happens when you are cooking and your cat wants his crunchies...

Spike appears very intent on getting some of that pizza! Reminds one of Garfield and his relationship with lasagne.
And might I mention that Spike looks a lot like that G-cat, except grey where G is orange! Looks good, pizza I mean.
Spike reminds me of Homer, who thinks he likes everything made in the kitchen and is often disappointed. Keep on hoping, Spike!
