One fact and one dream: fact--15 bean soup makes the whole house smell flippin' AWESOME. And here is a dream--I need a beach house because I have all these loose paperbacks and such to read and never get around to them. If I had a beach house, I could store the books...and read them!

My fact is that I live five miles from the beach.
My dream is that Gary and Maude come here to read paperbacks.
dang!!!! OK, let's see, we can pack up our sleeping bags and dogs and cat and...oh, right, you are allergic. You might need to go stay at a hotel while we visit, Cheri.
Ben will take care of the dogs and cat.
What is a sleeping bag? I do not know this term. You and Maude will have your own private room and bath. Obv.

Fact: I am currently working on 3-4 hours of sleep a night for the last 4 days.
Dream: Lying in the sun with a fruity drink in hand, listening to the ocean waves.
Fact: Although I have tried for 2 months with 3 different lenses, I still do not have glasses out of which I can see both my music and the conductor.
Dream: To go to Italy where my very rudimentary Italian will suddenly transform itself into fluency. Also eat lots of gelato without getting fat. Now THAT's a dream.
Oh, and you can add me to the list of close to the beach options. No need for a sleeping bag and cats galore.
fact: it was 16 degrees here this morning when I woke up. (63 in the house, or I wouldn't have gotten up!)
dream: you know, reading books on a warm tropical beach is sounding pretty darn good!
Fact: I interviewed for a middle management position at the jewelry store today ...
Dream: To convince my sweetheart to move to America and live with me!
Keeping mule hooves crossed on both accounts.

Fact: I am going to have an adult beverage the minute I get home. I'm planning this at 9 am.
Dream: Get to New York
Fact: It has been about 20 years since I read one of those beach paperback books.
Dream: to have my entire house cleaned.... By someone other than me!
Fact: I am hungover.
Dream: To be home in bed dreaming.
