You will recall that I said yesterday I was on my way to
Cooperstown Art Association, where I also happen to display year 'round in their gallery, to submit an entry in their Essential Art Show. There were, no kidding, hundreds of entries there, but in the sculpture category, where I compete? Just a few :) Maybe I'll win a prize! I have to be accepted first....
Cooperstown is in mountains (little mountains, big hills, whatever) with Glimmerglass Lake. The town is head to toe with beautiful old mansions, I swear, every street has beautiful homes, inns, stores. The baseball thing is only a small part of it all, and oh my, the gardens too....

Wow, what a lot of Grecian-style architecture there. It looks like a great place to live although I am sure my columns would not gleam quite so white. Good luck with the exhibition.

My goodness, what very Federal architecture! We sure don't have houses that look like that (that I can see from the road at least) around here! Gorgeous!
Beautiful! There is an opera festival near Glimmerglass that needs to hire me for the summers so I can come visit! Good luck with the pottery show!
