Friday was not AS HOT as it has been lately, and the larder needed a refresh…so I baked Bob's one to one GF flour choco chip cookies (recipe on the bag!) which a re a favorite of the wife's and GF on a shoestring's banana bread….I have said before that if I was on death row, my last meal would be banana bread and peanut butter, mmmmm….
