why YES, i dress to match my pets....

The wife calls yesterday and I am like "I cannot move. The cat is comfortable on my lap"
and I swear its true! And then you realize that you and your pets are all dressed alike....

As William Blake wrote:*

Tyger! Tyger! burning bright
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?

We had a little snow. Melted later, but it looked like a Hollywood version of a snowy morning, sooo pretty. Penny on our own personal Stonehenge, and then the river behind our house....
Happy weekend all!

You might need an elephant mug or 2, speaking of wild animals :)

THE TYGER (from Songs Of Experience)

By William Blake

Tyger! Tyger! burning bright
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?

In what distant deeps or skies
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand dare sieze the fire?

And what shoulder, & what art.
Could twist the sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat,
What dread hand? & what dread feet?

What the hammer? what the chain?
In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil? what dread grasp
Dare its deadly terrors clasp?

When the stars threw down their spears,
And watered heaven with their tears,
Did he smile his work to see?
Did he who made the Lamb make thee?

Tyger! Tyger! burning bright
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?

Dressing like your pets means you have to clean off the hair less. Right?

Tiger mugs. The animal, not the golfer. Just a suggestion from the cat lovers contingent.

Dress your pets in plaid...oops meant dress yourself in plaid....those Scots had the right idea with their tartans.

Godzilla, Godzilla in Tokyo
What mortal potter could make you into a folk hero?

In what distant Youtube short
Could make you eat plates while you snort?

And when that plate Gary made is eaten
Will he see that you are beaten?

When the pottery shards fall from your mouth
Do your molars then go South?

Godzilla! Godzilla! in Tokyo
Why are you being such a yo-yo?

You're lucky if the pets match your wardrobe. In my house the cats go for maximum contrast. White cat loves black carpet. Black cat loves white carpet.

HAHA all of you, and look at Joe here, a doctor, who tells me he is looking at the blog BETWEEN PATIENTS! And writing, obviously.....

If Spike was sitting on my, I don't think I could get up, either! Although I have tried to use that excuse for my Cleopatra, it just doesn't have the same "oomph" that you can claim with Spike.
Why yes, your sweater DOES match your pets. Good thinking there.

Joe? That was awesome!
