no Heffalumps today....

(elephant teapot by Gary Rith) Somebody asked when I would make another elephant teapot, here tis!
Penny and I dropped off the wife Wednesday and walked at Cornell's arboretum--grey February day, but my favororite walk indeed :) It was so quiet!

It looks like Penny was enjoying the walk too.

Great teapot! What a great talent you are! You make perfect pots and then decorate them perfectly...
Great beagle too!

Love them heffa lumps!

The first one looks like it might be having an exorcism, however. Head spinning, what what.

Or maybe it just wants to look up and see who's pouring the tea, anyway?

Such a pretty area....and Penny misses most of the views with her nose to the ground. :)

I was also confused by the swiveled elephant with its head upside down but on closer inspection it was an illusion, the mouth masquerading as an eye. The second photo must just be at a slightly different angle and dispells the illusion...It's just the one teapot? Fantsatic concept, such a great shape for a tea pot spout and elephants are very popular.
