a random mix of beautiful things....

One thing I am reminded of is that you can find beauty in the most simple things.  Right under your nose! Do we notice it, look for it, find it?

You KNOW I love rocks, isn't  Our Personal Stonehendge out back pretty?
This vase came out of the kiln Sunday with some VERY pretty friends....
The last of the little lavendar flowers in our yard.
Peak WEEK for fall colors...the maples and Virginia creeper are like neon signs.
Our wee little Japanese maples that you see here too....
Saw the most wonderful movie on Sunday:  BOYHOOD.  Do you know it?  The movie was put together over 12 years, filming segments once a year. as four actors grew and changed for real.  It is not a true story, but one that we all know, about a boy growing up, and the actor playing him aged 6-18 obviously grows a lot.  You LOVE this kid, he is creative and smart and calm.  The characters in the movie are trying so hard to get somewhere in life, as we all are, but at the end the boy tells us all we have is the moment.  Now!  It is a long movie but passed like the fastest 2:45 minutes ever...

Hey, go to comments:  what is beautiful in your life today?
