doing really well...

Yesterday Penny is playing with the neighbor's dog and they ask how she is doing... she is doing so well I had nearly forgotten she had surgery Thursday...believe me, she is 100 percent now :)

I got another load of flowers Saturday so that the wife could fill in the corner of the garden there, rocks too...suddenly it is nicely filled in and perfect!

I wonder if we could imagine a Memorial Day without war dead to commemorate?  What if, like John Lennon, we tried to imagine a world without war? Memorial Day would become just another pretty summer day.....
