birthday week day one: the aftermath

I don't know how the wife and I got into birthday week.... why not celebrate every day for a week????? WITH PRESENTS?
Everybody is probably rolling their eyes.
Gary is EXHIBIT A:  what happens when a grown man never has kids and acts like a 5 year old his whole life ;)
I am involved with a new store in Ithaca which had its grand opening Tuesday, SUNNY DAYS!  They gave me this balloon... I am not a huggy person (BACK OFF) but wanna hug them for being so nice...I love balloons.

IN OTHER news I gave myself a MUG!  I am using it again already I love it so.  I am glad I am using it, because the shape and design inspire me to make more of them... and hey, check out these just made elephant teapots!
Have an awesome Wednesday!

Happy Birthday Week!
Looks like you got new shoes, too? Or at least you haven't worn them outside in all this mud. Here's hoping to a warmer, dryer week!

Do you know that my girls each ask for a balloon for their birthday's. Still?? Yes…you are a big kid. :)

I am a birthday week believer. Celebrate yourself!

In yet another way that we are SO alike, I have always celebrated birthday week. When people dare to complain or question it, I just tell them that it could be far worse: The Queen has a Jubilee for her birthday!
