Then, of course, a little later there was ANOTHER snake nosing around, a much smaller garter snake. Speaking of snakes, my best pal in Florida SUZ..............

...........lives in Florida where the snakes are abundant and scary, but she and her husband are never scared of them. Good thing they live in Florida and scaredy cat me lives up here where they are fewer. Anyway, Suz has a daughter who thinks mustaches are funny. I think mustaches are funny too, and I had one for ten years, and sometimes scare the wife and cats with one as a clever disguise....
anyway, Suz asked for a mug with a 'stache on there, and I am making a bunch....

No way! Snakes at your house! WAY!
i am afraid of snakes and i am thankful that i have only seen the harmless black ones here in NC.
Scream, scream...I despise snakes, if I see a snake I always have a nightmare that night..I am so glad that here in Maine we do not have any poisonous snakes but we do have snakes. My husband, when mowing, will pick up the little snakes and carefully move them out of the mowers way, while I scream standing on top of a chair..
Stache mugs are GENIUS!!! Might have to add to my GRP collection!
we have snakes here (gopher, rattler, garter and some other nasty thing) I am terrified of snakes. When Archie was a puppy he brought one into the house for me. It was not a happy day.
Just give the snakes plenty of space...they hate us as much as we do them! hahahahaha! Each party would prefer never to see each other.
Gosh, you should market those mustaches, probably make a million doing it. hahahahhaha! Surreal enough for us! :) Do a Dali one next time...hahhahaha! :)
The cup is fantastic! Everyone should buy one, now that is a collectable!
Mustache cup!
We have a few snakes here, but they're not the friendly kinds.
Jack just got his rattlesnake vaccination.
I hate snakes!!! Ran over one on purpose with the car this morning.
Hey: who's that guy holding your cat?
The mustache mug is super cool. That snake appears to be eating quite well in your garden!
Those snakes are just so darn friendly. :) I love em...well, kinda cause they eat rodents!!!
The stache mug is adorable!!!!
I hardly recognized you....If not for the big cat. :)
Snakes don't bother me. "All beings and things are interesting," as Michel Fauquet says. I once saw a nest of blacksnakes unfurling themselves in the spring after hibernating. Very interesting!
Yeah, I like that they eat rodents, too.
Love the 'stache mug...and your paper one, too. {{{Giggle}}}
How fun! That Suz is a good egg for sure.
I can send you that nice black snake from my yard. It might eat your other ones.
We lost a large-ish ball python in the house (long story)...anyhoo, I worried about the wee beagle for months until I figured she wouldn't be snake food...
Lovely snakes!
And what a cool mug!
Of course, I commented on these pics over on facebook. SnakeMaster would be THRILLED to find such nice snakes in our yard. We only get huge black snakes (mostly harmless) and small garden variety snakes.
