snow up to my ears!

If I was a beagle :)

We got about a foot of fresh snow yesterday, on top of Christmas' few inches....but after Dec. 25???
IT IS NOT PRETTY.  I was born to winter in Key West and OH YES one day I shall...

Bridge over the river behind our house, walking to the post office....

Penny does not always want to walk on the bridge....

I am babysitting Tiger this week....and 2 other cats in the same house.  They are shy.  I have no idea where they are.......which worries me greatly....they are hiding somewhere in the house, presumably...

Fall Creek behind our house, full of geese! Have an awesome day yerself!

  1. A Penny in the snow... too cute.

You sure have some lovely spots around where you live.

I hope the kitties in your charge have resurfaced by now.

  2. the snow is beautiful, but the work and cold that goes with it is NOT. Winter in Key West sounds like heaven.

  3. Brrrr...looks cold. Pretty, but cold. We got some snow and slush on the 26th, but it's almost gone now. We're not as far south as Key West, but we're warmer and less snowy. Come on down!

  4. Well, Penny is cute in the snow. Of course she's cute in the grass too.

  5. I need to be honest. I have a bit of a crush on Penny. Like, I looooooove her and would totally put her poster on my wall and save my allowance to see her in concert.

  9. My beagle Dot does that same strange thing in the snow where she buries her head and snorts. :) Not sure what she is doing - looking for something she hid in nicer weather, maybe?

You are a good dog dad, carrying Penny across the bridge.

    Happy New Year to you!

  11. Cha Cha wins comment of the day! Most excellent.

Look at that fluffy orange beastie! Orange cats are the best. Hope the others made an appearance and didn't give you a pet sitting heart attack.
