Do you know the Danish woven paper hearts? I had forgotten them until I recently saw one, a fun decoration for the door or wall but also good to fill with candies and gifts. Every day the wife comes home and I have added some little Christmas decoration...some of these cuties go on our door....
That link gives you the idea and is translated like the Swedish chef might give directions ;) I used a coaster and a pint glass to help cut them out!
In other news, yesterday i was like "I wonder if my favorite bread recipe would bake nicely in the iron skillet?????" And OH YES it did, what a wonderful crust outside, light and chewy inside!
You probably need a cat bowl or red pitcher, right? That and more at my etsy shoppe!
I had forgotten about those Danish hearts, I now remember my daughter making one school. I used to hang it on her bedroom door each Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI love the sink full of your pottery :)
ReplyDeletePenny looks convinced you're going to give her a slice of bread too. Dogs are eternal optimists.
ReplyDeletegeez Lori, you're right, I am my own best cistomer!
ReplyDeleteLori, I was going to say the same thing! Bread looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteMmmmm... fresh, homemade bread!
ReplyDeleteThe boys and I made those hearts many years ago. I should see if they will make some now?
