Zippy!
Penny's friend Zippy came over Friday night. Penny has only one or 2 friends, as you know. Zippy is about 19....anyway, we walked down to our nature preserve and then across the street to the ancient cemetery. It is filled with Civil War vets and even older....people born in the 1700s who died 200 years ago....it is very beautiful there....
Gary! Posting at 6 AM! Good lord, you are the early bird. No wonder you find so many 4 leaf clovers...you get them while everyone else is still sleeping.
I rather like walking through an old cemetery. Some of the writings on the headstones are touching, some thought provoking and some just plain odd. I've never been to one that old though - I think I would like to see it.
Zippy - great old dog - still trying to keep up with Penny!
Nice cemetery pics.
ReplyDeleteI thought the dragon was eating a turtle when I saw the photo in header. Ha.
